Good Fortune Review: A Journey of Luck and Destiny Unveiled

So I was supposed to be asleep right - but then my sister recommended this movie & honestly - I couldn't resist. Just finished the Good Fortune Review & damn - it was good - like really good - I mean it was solid. The story is about this angel, Gabriel - kinda clumsy but means well - who messes with the lives of a gig worker & a rich dude. It's like if The Office & It's A Wonderful Life had a baby - & that baby was addicted to TikTok.

The acting was honestly top-notch - I mean there were parts that were a bit over the top - but overall - pretty solid - I mean genuinely good. Gabriel was quirky - kinda reminded me of my ex lol - bumbling around causing chaos & trying to fix things at the same time. And the gig worker - so relatable - I mean I felt that struggle. The capitalist dude was kinda a stereotype - but hey - stereotypes exist for a reason right?

The plot was wierd tho - like really wierd - but in a good way. It was different - not your usual Hollywood crap. It was confusing at times - like I had to pause & go back a few times to figure out what the hell just occured. But it kept me hooked - like I said - supposed to be asleep - but here I am.

The humor was on point though - I literally laughed out loud a few times - & I'm not usually one to do that. Some of the jokes were a bit corny - but it worked - it fit the vibe of the movie. The humor was kinda like The Office - you know - awkward & situational. The capitalist dude had some killer one-liners - deadass made me laugh.

The ending though - oh man - the ending. I won't spoil it - but it was unexpected - like I did not see that coming. It left me feeling... I don't know - kinda hopeful - like maybe things do work out in the end. And that's a nice feeling - especially these days.

I mean there were parts that I didn't love - like some of the dialogue was a little cheesy - & some scenes seemed unnessary - but overall - I loved it. It was a nice change of pace - a good escape from reality. And I think we could all use a bit of that right now.

So yeah - that's my take on Good Fortune Review. If you're looking for something different - something that'll make you laugh & maybe make you think a little - give it a watch. I'm glad my sister recommended it - & now - I'm recommending it to you. But now - I should prolly get some sleep - work in the morning & all. But honestly - it was worth staying up for.
